Jami and Ryan are the proud parents and both Stella and Scout were adopted through Everlasting Adoptions. They are the most adorable sisters ever!!! This is Scout’s very first Halloween! Believe it or not, Jami made these costumes herself and she is the best seamstress in town!!!
