He was born on September 9, 2015, and he weighed in at 6 lbs, 6 oz and 18.75 inches long! It was a long and challenging journey for Stephen and Lindsey, but nothing precious comes easy! They adopted Jacob in 24 months; he was just waiting for the right time!
We couldn’t be happier for everyone including birthmother, Tamecka, who is an extraordinary and special young lady. We thank her, from the bottom of our hearts, for giving the precious gift of life to her son.
Stephen and Lindsey texted us pictures and updates from the time of Jacob’s birth, all the way up to the ride home after clearing ICPC. It was such a joy to share this truly incredible life experience with them. We thank them for sharing with us; it makes all of our jobs all that much more meaningful.
