Erika & Tim In Pennsylvania

Hi there! We're so excited to share a little bit about ourselves with you. We're the proud parents of three wonderful kids ages, 9, 7, and 5 mos old, and we absolutely love being parents. We met 16 years ago while serving on a mission trip through our church, and it's been an amazing journey ever since. We love volunteering and being involved in our church and community, especially in the children's ministry where we both currently serve. We feel so blessed to be able to spend time with the kids there, and we can't wait to welcome another child into our family with the same love and excitement.

Erika works part-time as a physical therapist, but being a mom is truly her favorite job in the world! She also handles the bookkeeping for our family business, which is the main source of income for our family. She's the oldest of four siblings and has always dreamed of having a big family of her own. Tim is an entrepreneur through and through. His hobbies are his business and his family! He loves spending time outdoors with our kids, especially biking and camping. Growing up as an only child, he's always cherished the close relationships he has with his cousins, and he values family time deeply.

We are so blessed to have three incredible kids who fill our hearts with joy every day. Jeremiah is our energetic 9 yr old boy with the kindest heart and a deep love for life. Madelynn is our sweet and sassy 7 yr old girl who fills our home with joy, laughter, and so much love. Benjamin is the newest blessing to join our family arriving in October 2025. We are beyond excited to grow our family through adoption. The kids' excitement and anticipation fill our hearts, and we can't wait to welcome a new little one into our family.

When we learned Benjamin was on his way, it never caused us to question our desire to adopt or the plans God had placed on our hearts. Instead, it deepened our trust and confirmed our calling to grow our family through adoption. We are so excited to welcome another baby into our home — one who will be cherished, protected, and loved unconditionally. Whether our children welcome a little brother or sister, what matters most to us is providing a safe, nurturing home filled with patience, joy, and affection. Our hearts are full imagining Benjamin and the child we are blessed to adopt growing up side by side, forming a close and loving bond — just as Jeremiah and Madelynn share — supported every step of the way by a family whose hearts are wide open.

Our extended families are incredibly close, and our kids get to spend a lot of time with their "cousin crew", a group of cousins who are more like best friends. We truly believe that family is everything, and we would be honored to offer a loving, supportive, and fun-filled home to a child who will be a cherished addition to our family.

We're fortunate to have three wonderful pets who are truly part of our family! Our dog, Bella, is a gentle and loving Labradoodle who is adored by everyone. We also have two cats, Sophie and Coco, who add even more warmth to our home. Between Bella's playful energy and the cats' cozy companionship, our home is always filled with love and laughter - plus plenty of fur!

We live in a charming small town nestled beside a beautiful river and mountains of Pennsylvania. Our town is a place where everyone knows each other, and there's a deep sense of community. Our kids attend a small elementary school with many hometown traditions, and we feel so fortunate to be part of such a supportive and caring community.

Our home sits on 2 acres of land in the peaceful countryside, surrounded by farms. We have a cozy raised ranch house with four bedrooms and two bathrooms - plenty of space for our family to grow. In the winter, we love to sled down the hill in our yard, and when summer rolls around, the slip-n-slide is a big hit with the kids! It's the perfect place for outdoor fun and family memories.

We're also lucky to live close to an amazing local zoo, which is a hidden gem! We have season passes, so we visit several times a summer to enjoy all the fun it has to offer. One of the highlights is the open-air safari, where we get to feed exotic animals right from the bus. But by far, the most exciting part for our family is the giraffe feeding deck. The kids absolutely love it, and it's always a special moment when they get to feed and interact with the giraffes.

We are so incredibly blessed to be part of a close-knit family. All of Erika's siblings live nearby, and we're fortunate to see each other often, sometimes multiple times a week! One of our favorite traditions is Monday Night Family Dinner, which brings together grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. It's a time for the kids to play, laugh, and just enjoy each other's company. Our "cousin crew" has grown to 10 kids, with 2 on the way this summer (ranging from infants to 10 years old), and the energy and joy they bring to family gatherings are truly a gift.

Family support is a huge blessing for us, and we're deeply rooted in both our church and community. Erika's part-time work schedule allows her to be actively involved in the PTO, where she helps with everything from organizing school events to chaperoning fun activities. Tim also serves on our local school board. We love how our family business is woven into the fabric of our community. We sponsor events, participate in local activities, and always look for ways to support fun, kid-friendly programs.

We're big believers in making memories together. Every summer, Erika's mom has organized an extended family trip, which historically has included both sets of grandparents and lots of cousin time. These vacations alternate between relaxing beach trips one year and exploring mountain or city destinations the next. No matter where we go, it's always about the quality time spent together, and we look forward to it each year.

Our holiday traditions are another special part of our family life. Instead of getting caught up in the hustle and bustle of Black Friday shopping, we have a tradition of spending the day as a family, kicking off the Christmas season by picking out our live Christmas tree. Afterward, we decorate the tree, bake cookies, and enjoy all the holiday cheer together. It’s a simple but meaningful way for us to slow down and truly focus on the joy of the season.

One of our absolute favorite things to do as a family is travel and explore new destinations. Over the last couple of summers, we've really gotten into camping and are saving up for a used camper, so we can take our adventures on the road more often. There's something magical about spending time in the great outdoors - whether we're hiking through local State and National Parks, biking around campgrounds, or venturing along mountain trails.

We have always dreamed of having a large family filled with love and laughter. With a pro-life stance close to our hearts, we believe that providing a home for a baby whose mother has courageously chosen life, and adoption is a beautiful and selfless act. After experiencing multiple miscarriages, we have come to realize that now is the time for our adoption journey to start. We feel God is opening doors to make this dream possible, and we are excited to embrace this journey.

We look forward to partnering with a birth mother who feels a special connection to our family and who is confident in choosing us to receive the greatest gift, honor, and privilege of adopting her baby. Our hearts are ready to love unconditionally and to provide a home filled with warmth, faith, and joy.
