Dear Birthmother,

We are honored you chose to consider us and our family for your baby. As parents already ourselves, we can only imagine what a big decision this is. We hope to share enough about ourselves to not overwhelm you, but help you decide if we are the best choice for the future you hope to provide for your child. We chose to adopt when Jesus asked us to open our home. Although we always admired those who have adopted, we never imagined we would adopt ourselves. However, now that we are here, we are over the moon about it and know we can provide a home full of love, safety, care, opportunity and adventure.

About Us

We have been married for a little over 4 years. We met in 2015, when Nicole moved from Wisconsin to Arizona. We met online, dated for one year, got engaged in Mexico on vacation and were married three months later!

Nicole has a background as a Pharmacy Technician, but when she moved to Arizona she pursued her interests in health and fitness. She currently maintains a few clients remotely as a health coach, while also being able to be a homemaker. She looks forward to being home with our young child. Nick is a small business owner and repairs automobiles. His work can, at times, take us around the country. This has allowed us to travel, which is a huge passion for us.

We think the last, and the most important thing to know about us is what we believe. Our relationship with Jesus Christ, both individually and as a couple, is the absolute center of our lives. It influences all of our decisions and leads us in all we do. We will raise any child that comes into our home to be rooted in who Christ has made them to be. He has made each of us with a specific purpose and given us all the things we need to carry out that purpose.

Our Home

We live in a townhome in Centerton, Arkansas. Our neighborhood is quiet, safe, clean and full of children! We love to hear them playing outside in the summer. Our home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with a nice, small fenced in yard. Our entire upstairs is only used when guests visit and we already began purchasing decor for a nursery in one of the rooms!

Northwest Arkansas has a very small town feel, but also has all the modern conveniences. We have easy access to endless outdoor activities: parks, lakes, rivers, camping, mountains and world class mountain biking. Walmart HQ is here, which also provides great dining and cultural experiences in the form of art museums and festivals. Bentonville Schools are top rated and several private options are also available. In our opinion, it is an outstanding place to raise a family.

Our Extended Family

We both have amazing parents and siblings. While we live in Arkansas, our family is spread throughout the country! The distance makes it a challenge in some ways, however we are in communication with them often. We also embrace the opportunity to visit them and for them to visit us.

Our family was so excited to learn of our decision to adopt. We have considered moving closer to family in the future, but we also really enjoy our church family and we value their influence in our lives. Our church includes many families with small children, so we are excited to grow our family alongside all of them.

We have 3 grown kids between the both of us. Our oldest son is married and in Special Forces in the Army based in North Carolina. Our daughter is a chef and student in Boulder, Colorado. Our youngest son is heading off to college in the fall in Oklahoma. They are all so different yet such amazing, talented, creative and kind people. We couldn't be more proud of them if we tried! They are all excited to welcome a sibling into our family!

We especially love the Christmas holiday season. We enjoy the opportunity to embrace the joy it brings and to bless people in extravagant ways! Time with family is so valuable to us, and while it may not be abundant in quantity, we value its quality.

Our Family Traditions

We love to travel, especially by car, around the country. We feel there is so much to see and enjoy along the way. Nicole enjoys hiking more than any other hobby. She loves the physical challenge and being in God's creation fills her up in ways most other things can't. She has been fortunate enough to hike all over Arizona for 4 years, as well as California, Colorado, Utah, Nevada and Arkansas. Nick loves to tinker and build remote control cars. We also enjoy off-roading in our truck. Things like enjoying movies, baking cookies and going for drives are routinely welcome. Since we have family and friends throughout the country, we enjoy several trips each year. We are adventurous at heart.

What Led Us To Adoption

Our belief is if we know who our creator says we are, we can accomplish the destiny set before us. In many ways, we can provide for a child now in ways that we couldn’t 20 years ago and it’s what we believe led God to ask us to adopt in the first place. We are determined to love God well and that often means loving others extravagantly. We can’t wait to be a part of a child’s life and journey.

I adopted our son as a newborn after going through 12 years of infertility. Now, 23 years later, I am director at Everlasting Adoptions. Shortly after adopting our son, I started to feel a calling towards adoption. My career as a Human Resource Manager in Corporate America came to an end, and I entered what I now know is my purpose and passion in life — building families through the miracle of adoption.

Working with birthmothers and adoptive parents throughout the US for over 20 years has allowed me to utilize the skills I have been blessed with to serve others. I come to work every day not as a staff member coming to a job from 9 to 5, but as a person who is extremely dedicated and devoted to helping people like you every single day. I feel very blessed to have found my purpose, and I look forward to helping you with your adoption needs!
